Frequently Asked Questions

You can make a reservation by calling, emailing, or texting us. If you are a new or short term visiting guest, please reach out to us for availability and have vaccine records ready to send for us to review.

The only thing you are required to bring for your pet's boarding stay is their food and any necessary medications. We provide the bed, blankets, and bowls. Feel free to bring a blanket or toy from home that would make their stay more comfortable.

We do not allow raw-hide chews or bowls from home.

Unfortunately, we cannot have visits or have your pup be taken out for the day while they are staying with us. This causes the pup confusion and stress after you leave.

We do not, and this is mainly due to our local area not having great Wi-Fi.

However, we take many photos and videos throughout the day and will gladly send photos or videos to you as requested!
