DayCare Services

Daycare is offered Monday - Friday each week.

Daycare is NOT offered on Saturday or Sunday.  

*Registered boarding guests do enjoy group play time on Saturdays and Sundays, we are not open to public daycare pups.    

Doggies Day Out of Palm Springs has staff on site 24 hours a day to care for pups, we do not offer customer service 24 hours a day

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:45pm

*Late Charges: $18.00 charge for late pick up after 6:00pm

*Late pick ups must be discussed with the front desk before the closing hour of the day

Pups not picked up prior to 6:15pm will be considered a boarding guest and charged accordingly.

Reservations are required. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to reservation start date to avoid a late fee charge.

Payment is due when service is rendered.

All new dogs must pass an onsite temperament evaluation prior to scheduling weekly daycare visits. Since all dogs are off-leash in the play areas, aggressive dogs are not accepted. Part of the evaluation process does include your dog(s) being kenneled for at least an hour prior to entering the playrooms.

Temperament evaluations are conducted by reservation only. 

All approved daycare dogs are required to set a weekly schedule and purchase an Evaluation Package. Please contact us for more details. Half days of daycare are NOT offered to new pups.

Our playrooms have a weight limit:

Small/Medium: Up to 40 lbs

Large: 41 lbs and up

We will determine which playgroup best fits your pup during their evaluation!

NEW PET PARENTS: We understand you want to get your new pup socialized as soon as possible however, for their safety and ours, we do ask that you get to know your pup for at least a few weeks registering them for daycare. 

We retain the right to refuse any dog if it is determined to be unsuitable for our program. Common reasons for a dog to be denied admittance include but are not limited to: showing aggressive behavior toward our dog handlers or other dogs, showing overly nervous or anxious behavior, showing overly possessive tendencies, or has concerning medical issues.

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations & documentation must be provided to Doggie's Day Out:

• DHLPP or DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis/Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) 1 or 3 year. 
• Leptospirosis (if not included in the DHLPP) 
• Rabies (1 or 3 year) 
• K9 Influenza 
• Bordetella/Kennel Cough (6 months or 1 year)

All vaccines must be up to date to continue joining playgroup, please send updated records to our email. We CANNOT contact your vet for vaccines

All dogs must be spayed or neutered by the age of 9 months. 

We may need to hold an evaluation prior to your pup being spayed/neutered, however any indication of aggressive or unacceptable behavior may alter their chances of joining playgroup.

All dogs must be at least 6 months of age to attend.

For the safety of your dog, they must weigh at least 5 pounds.

We believe every dog deserves training, love, and play. Doggie's Day Out does not discriminate against any breed. All breeds will be evaluated and handled the same, however if your pup shows any sign of aggressive or unacceptable behavior they may be removed from playgroup. 

Doggie's Day Out of Palm Springs reserves the right to refuse and/or dismiss any dog from our daycare or boarding program.
