Step One: Submit Vaccine Records via Text or Email
Doggies Day Out requires the following vaccines: Rabies, DAPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and K9 Influenza.

Step Two: Submit Application and Waiver Forms
One Waiver form is required per family and one Application form per dog
Our Waiver and Application forms can be found and completed here on our website, or printed out and returned to us.
Step Three: Book your pups first visit!
Let us know how we can be of service to get your pup booked for their first day of daycare or overnight boarding!
Day Care Services
We would love for your pup to join the Pack!
Choose from:
- Half Day Daycare (less than 5 hours)
- Full Day Daycare (more than 5 hours)
Daycare Packages are available for purchase in 5, 10, or 20 Day Increments
Daycare is offered
Monday-Friday from 7am-5:45pm.

Boarding Services
We have the boarding option to fit your needs! Whether it is for the day, overnight, or for an extended stay, we are always here.
Choose from:
- Day Boarding (Human Interaction Based, just for the day)
- Standard Overnight Boarding (No Daycare, pups that are elderly or non-social)
- Overnight Boarding with Daycare Services (Approved Guests, May Require a Trial Night for new or visiting guests)
